Regulations

Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to "OLIWIA" Recreation Center. We hope that by using the following rules and regulations we will provide you complete satisfaction during your holiday in our resort while ensuring the Center's efficient organization.
Thank you for your cooperation and wish you a pleasant holiday.
1. Center staff serves you with any assistance and are at your disposal.
2. The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. (arrival) and ends at 10.00 a.m. (departure).
3. Entering the Center one should have a valid identity document (ID card) and submit it to the host of the Centre at the time of settling the formalities connected with the stay in the Centre.
4. All services at our Centre are available only after pre-booking and confirming it by an advanced payment, pursuant to the Conditions of booking and settlement of advanced payments.
5. Transfer of a house/room takes place in the presence of the Centre staff, after the payments for the period of booking and the tax are made.
6. On the day of arrival at the resort one is obliged to pay a deposit of 200 PLN in case of any possible damage of the resort property.
7. Guests using the Center services agree to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, and fire safety regulations and comply with emergency requests of the facility staff.
8. Any defects that occur while using the house/room, please notify to the Centre staff on a current basis.
9. Any possible complaints against improper services should be reported directly to the facility host. Complaints filed after the end of the stay or at the departure day may not be accepted.
10. For damaged or lost facility items guests take full financial responsibility.
11. Damages caused by guests are charged on the spot.
12. The Centre is not responsible for valuables and money left in the houses/rooms. Please exercise due care related to closing of windows, shutters and doors when leaving the house/room.
13. Please keep silence at night between 10.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m.
14. Individuals who disturb peace and order in the Centre can be removed without the right to any compensation.
15. The following is prohibited at the Center:
a. any disturbance such as playing loud music without the consent of management,
b. the behavior of visitors and people using the Center services should not interfere with safe and peaceful stay of other guests; the Center staff may refuse to continue providing services for a person who violates this principle,
c. behavior commonly regarded as indecent,
16. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
a. who are under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs,
b. who behave aggressively, in a manner commonly regarded as vulgar.
17. Persons who violate the rules of these Regulations will be required to
leave without refunds.
18. Persons who are not guests of the Center and stay in it after 10 p.m. are required to leave.
19. Pets are permitted in the Center only after obtaining a consent of the Center management. Pet owners are required to have the pet's current vaccination book, clean after their animals and walk them within the facility only on a leash and with a muzzle. Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets.
20. Vehicle parking is permitted only on spaces designated for that purpose. It is forbidden to drive on the Center green areas. The Center parking lot is free, not guarded, closed for the night.
21. The Center owner is not responsible for abandoned vehicles, or assets left inside the vehicles. Each house has assigned one free parking place, parking a second car within the resort area costs 20 PLN/day.
22. Loosing a key to the house/room, results in paying a fee of 50 PLN.
23. The stay of children and adolescents under 18 years of age is allowed in the Center only under the care of adults.
24. Please also note that we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons independent of us, such as power or water outages.
25. The resort speed limit is 20 km/h and there is one driving direction through the Center.
26. It is prohibited to fry fish in the houses.
27. Firing up a grill is permitted only at a distance of about 2 m from the house. The person firing the grill is also obliged to extinguish it.
28. Leaving the resort by car after 10.00 p.m. needs to be arranged with the Center management.
29. It is forbidden to wash cars and vehicles at the resort.
30. Please take out your garbage from the house to the containers placed at the resort.
31. These Regulations are announced by placing:
a. on the Center's website: www.oliwiadzwirzyno.pl
b. on the information board at the Center's reception where guests can read it while settling the registration formalities at their arrival.
32. These regulations were approved by the owner, the management, and the staff and come into force on 01.06.2010.
33. The wooden chalets are non smoking.
34. Advance payments for reservations are forfeited if the cancellation takes place on a week or less before arrival.
35. Using electric stoves in the houses without the consent of the owner is prohibited.
